Follow your plan, not your mood.
I am going to assume you're human. If you are, then you know that being human means you're guaranteed to have some bad days. And some bad moods. So what? You have a plan and you stick to it. Don't let your mood mean so much.

Make it the FIRST thing you do in the day.
Working out can be like ripping off a band-aid. It sounds painful, but you really want to put it off. However, the faster you get it over with, the better off you'll be. Not only that, but putting it first in the day makes you less likely to let other priorities take over later. So get out of bed, get ready, and get going before you think any more about it.
Make a damn decision.
Instead of hyper-fixating on all of your choices (and the 21st century gives us way too many), make a choice and stick to it. What should you order for dinner? The Caesar salad with chicken? But I've heard so much about how bad seed oils in dressings are! Maybe the salmon with the rice and veggies? But isn't rice horrible for me just because it has carbs? Or wait, is meat bad now? Should I get the cauliflower steak? Won't red meat kill me? NOPE! You know what healthy is. Make your choice and move on.
Stop overcomplicating it.
You probably know more than you think you do, and even more than you need to. Fat loss and fitness are simple, really. Strength train properly, eat protein, and eat less than before. The rest will figure itself out. Stop majoring in the minors.
Automate as much as you can.
Pick the same meals on repeat. Train at the same time every week. Lay out your clothes the night before. Fewer decisions = less friction = more consistency.
Create floors, not ceilings.
Why is your idea of success working out for a whole hour? Why does "accidentally" eating that cookie mean you have to eat 5 more? Why is your day a failure if you don't get in 10,000 steps? Lower the barrier to entry. Set minimums. On my worst days, I can commit to a 20-minute walk. I can still prioritize protein. I can choose to sit in silence instead of scrolling on my phone. Those are the choices that make the difference.
Outsource your weaknesses.
Hate cooking? Use meal prep services. Can't get yourself to work out? Hire a personal trainer. Struggle with accountability? Hire a nutrition coach. Don’t waste energy trying to fix your flaws—delegate them. And lucky for you, I can help you with these things and more. Whatever problems you're having, I guarantee I can help you fix them, permanently.
